Eric Speciel
Vice President of Asia-Pacific Technical-Sales, PTC
Mr. Speciel is currently responsible for PTC’s Greater China, Korea, Taiwan and Japan technical sales and business development organizations. This role combines industry and technical expertise with client-relationship management to drive PTC’s success in Asia-Pacific growth markets. Mr. Speciel has 17 years of experience in product development with career assignments in Canada, US, Japan, France, and China. He joined PTC’s US division in 1998 to lead consulting engagements focused on functional simulation for the automotive and aerospace industry. In 2003 he was assigned to lead PTC’s Japan division Process Consulting practice with a focus on modular product architecture, process optimization and knowledge-based engineering. He then got assigned to lead business development for PTC’s Aerospace group in Europe, an assignment which culminated in a major win for PTC at EADS in 2008.
Mr Speciel began his career in the aerospace industry as a mechanical engineer for CAE Electronics in Montreal, Canada where he specialized in design and simulation of flight simulators and space control systems hardware. Mr. Speciel holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, both from McGill University in Montreal and Executive Business Education from Harvard and INSEAD.
Sandy Joung
PTC資深產品行銷總監
Sandy Joung 女士現任PTC公司資深產品行銷總監，她負責PTC旗下產品Creo設計與視覺化產品線之產品行銷，包括Creo Elements/ Pro(先前Pro/ENGINEER) ，Creo Elements/Direct(先前CoCreate)以及Creo Elements/View(先前ProductView)。
Sandy擁有在大型及中小型企業工作的豐富經驗，行業涵蓋無線、光學網路、半導體、軟體及零組件領域。在加入PTC以前，她任職於思科公司擔任網路產品和解決方案事業群產品經理，主要負責下一代網路存取路由器和網路管理軟體的研發工作。另外，Sandy Joung女士曾在摩托羅拉公司和英特爾公司負責半導體製程與封裝、技術轉移及製造等多項工作。
Sandy撰寫過許多白皮書和深度文章，例如闡述品質標準的執行情況、工程應用中的最佳實踐以及和產品行銷的現狀。她曾出席以技術為主題的一系列會議，參與討論產品發表、全球產品開發和管理等相關問題。
Sandy Joung女士曾在哈佛商學院獲得工商管理碩士學位，並在麻省理工學院獲得理科學士學位以及材料科學與工程設計專業的碩士學位。
Satoshi Goto
Director of Business Development, PTC Japan
Mr. Goto joined PTC in 1998 by PTC’s acquisition of Nihon Computervision Corporation where he had served. He worked for numbers of PLM technical proposals as a Windchill application engineer and then served as PLM product marketing director for Asia Pacific region to lead Windchill localization projects as a member of R&D, HQ.
Currently he serves as director of Business Development with responsibility for business advisories on business restructure and computerization of product development processes in manufacturing industry. He promotes PLM strategies, planning and introduction to manufacturing companies such as High-Tech, Automobile, Industrial, Apparel industries. He participates in business-academia joint projects. He also serves as a trainer for PLM solution education internally.
Prior to joining PTC, Mr. Goto had worked at Nihon Computervision since 1989 as an application engineer to promote 3D CAD/CAM system technologies, and later served as a PDM consultant for projects to introduce 3D design data management systems to automaker suppliers. Before joining Nihon Computervision, he worked for Tekken Construction as a structural analysis engineer for tunnels, dams and railways. He was involved in development of cost management systems and measurement management systems designed for construction industry.
Mr. Goto is a core member of an integrated manufacturing and IT systems at Tokyo University’s Manufacturing Management Research Center study group. In addition, Mr. Goto regularly delivers speeches on PLM to promote the subject. He also lectures on PLM at universities.
Han Tiong Law
Asia Director of Manufacturing & Resources, Microsoft
Han Tiong is part of Microsoft WW Manufacturing and Resource sector team as the Asia Director Of Manufacturing & Resources. He is responsible for driving industries though leadership, solution strategy and market development and engagement efforts in Asia.
Han Tiong brings over 24 years Industrial Sector experience in business development, solution sales, and consulting. A respected professional in operational strategy, enterprise-wide transformation, innovation, packaged implementation, and outsourcing.
As part of his working experiences, Han Tiong spent over a decade in the role of a transformational agent during the development and accelerated growth as well globalization phases of Asia Giants. He has led various transformation initiatives including Merger and Acquisition, Human resource, Finance, supply chain, procurement, research and development, overseas strategy development, global ERP, as well as real time plant monitoring and control.

Sr. Staff Sales AE/Architect, Cadence
Have been with Cadence for 23+ years
Cover all SPB products and Logic Verification (Simulation- Verilog/VHDL) Degreed EE in Digital System Design ASIC and Board Design prior to joining Cadence.
For the past 6 years Mr. Swienton focused on World Wide adoption of All Cadence Technologies including ADW and PLM interfacing.
林清安教授
台灣科技大學
林清安教授的專長為3D幾何，發表了30餘篇學術期刊論文，1990年取得博士學位後即專精於Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)應用及研發，歷年來從事約1,500萬人民幣的Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)相關研究計劃，先後完成了50本以上的Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)專書，發行於大中國地區，現為台灣多家大型企業的Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)高級顧問。在台灣地區的Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)人才培訓方面，每年對台灣業界開授15門Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)人才培訓課程，每年培訓約500名Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)工程師以及50名大專院校Creo Elements/Pro(前Pro/ENGINEER)種子教師。
